Delete your account

Deleting your account permanently removes: your account details, all collections and items, all photos, usage history and active sessions. Any remaining credits — free or purchased — are forfeited and are not refundable. This cannot be undone.

Have a subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel your subscription separately in Google Play → Subscriptions, or you will continue to be charged.

Other ways

In the app: tap your avatar → Profile → Delete account…, then confirm. Deletion is immediate.

By request: email [email protected] from the Google email you signed in with, subject "Account deletion request". We process requests within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Account (name, email, profile picture link)
• Collections, items and item photos
• AI usage history, achievements, valuation history and sessions

After deletion we retain only two technical records, both described in the privacy policy: a one-way cryptographic hash of your sign-in identifier (not your email or name) with a flag that the one-time free allowance has been used, kept solely so the free tier cannot be reset by deleting and re-creating an account; and, if you ever bought credits, the opaque purchase token Google Play issued for that transaction, kept so the same payment cannot be redeemed twice — its order number and its link to you are removed. Neither can be reversed to identify you or used to contact you.
